I、The Instructions for Trademark Assignment:

i、To transfer the registered trademark, a procedure for trademark assignment shall be gone through.

ii、Where the ownership of trademark changes as a result of merger  acquisition or enterprise restructuring, parties involved shall apply for trademark assignment.  

iii、The transferred formalities shall also be conducted in the case that the exclusive rights of trademark are transferred by court judgments.

II、The following materials shall be submitted for the trademark assignment:

i、the Application of Trademark Assignment;

ii、the Power of Attorney;

iii、the Subject Qualification Certificates of the assignor and the assignee;

iv、Relevant supporting materials shall be submitted.

v、The application documents in a foreign language version shall be submitted with the Chinese version confirmed with the signature of a translation agency.

III、time required: about 8 to 12 months.
