I、The Instructions For Re-issuance of Registration Certificate:

Once the trademark registration certificate is lost or broken, trademark registrant shall apply for the reissuance of registration certificate to the Trademark Office without delay.

II、The following materials shall be submitted for the reissuance of trademark registration certificate:

i、the Application of Reissuance of Trademark Registration Certificate;

ii、the  Power of Attorney;

iii、the Subject Qualification Certificate of Applicant;

iv、the information needed for applying for the reissuance of trademark registration certificate. 

III、Time required: about 3 to 6 months.
