I、Instructions for Trademark Cancellation:

Anyone can file an application with the trademark office to cancel the registration of a registered trademark, which has not been in use for three consecutive years.

II、The following materials shall be submitted for the cancellation of registration:

i、Application for Cancellation of Registration for Consecutive 3-Year Non-use;

ii、Power of Attorney;

iii、Subject Qualification Certificate;

iv、Reasons, Facts and Evidence relating to the Cancellation.

III、Time needed: about 3 years.
