I、Instructions for Review of Adjudication on Opposition:

A party, who refuses to accept the adjudication on opposition, may apply for a review in accordance with Article 33 of Trademark Law.

II、The following materials shall be submitted for review:

1、Application for Review of Adjudication on Opposition;

2、Power of Attorney;

3、Subject Qualification Certificate;

4、Reasons, Facts and Relevant Evidence.

III、Time required: about 3 years.
