I、Instructions for Review of Cancellation of Registration:

Parties concerned, who refuse to accept the ruling of cancellation or maintenance of registered trademark in accordance with the 1^st Paragraph of Article 41，Article 44 and Article 45 of Trademark Law, may apply for review in accordance with Article 49 of Trademark Law.

II、The following materials shall be submitted for review of registration cancellation:

i、Application for Review on the Ruling of Cancellation of Registration;

ii、Power of Attorney;

iii、Subject Qualification Certificate;

iv、Reasons, Facts and Relevant Evidence.

III、Time required: about 3 years.
