Tasting notes: Bright and juicy, this soft Rosé shows a beautiful bright pink colour with fresh and clean aromas of raspberries and strawberries, with some floral touches. In the palate is round, and fresh, this rose has a good acidity, which prolongs the finish.
口味特征：用“清亮欲滴”来形容这款桃红葡萄酒再贴切不过了。靓丽的粉红，散发着清新洁净的树莓和草莓的果香，加之几许花香飘逸。口味圆润清爽，酸度完美，更延伸了这款桃红的无穷回味。
Vintage report: The Shiraz was harvested in February and begining of March, very early, almost beginning of harvest, and the Cabernet was picked on April. These grapes comes from our vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, with medium yields (8-10 tons/Ha) in an area with excellent conditions for grapegrowing. Grapes were hand picked at their optimum ripenes
Winemaking report: The grapes were crushed and then pressed in a membrane press, with just few hours of skin contact. After that, it was fermented as a white wine at 15 oC during 22 days in stainless steel tanks, to preserve all of it′s fresh fruit characters. Cold stabilized at -4o C, filtered and bottled
Technical data:
- Fermentation temperature / time: 15 oC – 22 days
- Maturation process / time: 100% in stainless steel tanks. No oak
