Pomerol just at the outside of Libourne. The wine is made at Cht Bonalgue.

Vineyard area :
6,5 hectares.

Soil : 土壤类型
Sandy and clayey gravels. Sub-soil typical of the soils producing great Pomerol with an iron pan layer
沙砾粘土。典型的出产上等帕米罗葡萄酒的土质。
Grapes varieties:
80 % Merlot 梅罗特
20 % Cabernet Franc 品丽珠
The wine is made from the young vines of the estate. 采用年轻的葡萄藤产出的果实来酿制
Harvesting :
Green harvest, leaf removals.Hand-picking at full ripeness of the grapes in small crates – Double sorting out on a vibrating sorting table.
绿色环保采摘，去叶。选择在最佳成熟期进行手工采摘。
Winemaking:
Traditional with a long vatting in thermo regulated stainless steel vats. Collaboration with Jean Philippe Fort, associate of Michel Rolland.
Ageing :
Long ageing in oak barrels for most of the harvest. Albumen fining.
大部分的果汁经过长时间的橡木陈酿。
Production :
About 6 000 bottles per year

A well balanced wine, elegant with a fresh bouquet, red fruit and spicy tastes.
To taste over red meats, little game and cheese.
酒体均衡，散发着清新而雅致的芬芳气息。红色浆果的口味占主体，夹杂着些许辛辣味道。
适合搭配红肉，禽类以及奶酪。
